Thank you for shopping at Stationery Shop stores and on stationeryshop.in. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Returns with an original register receipt, eReceipt, packing slip, or order confirmation (“Original Receipt”):
Stationery Shop Branded Products Guarantee – Stationery Shop Brand products (excluding our brand Ink and Toner) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund at any time for any reason.
Office supplies, unopened, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 2 days of purchase. For online orders, the date of delivery will be determined as the date of purchase.
All Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in their original, unopened condition within 3 days of purchase.
Technology and consumer electronic products may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in like new condition, in their original packaging, 2 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.
Furniture may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if unassembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) 3 days of purchase.
- Paper Products, Cleaning, Sanitation, Breakroom, Safety, (including personal protective equipment, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves, goggles, gowns, thermometers) Facility, and other related products and supplies cannot be returned.
- Headsets, microphones, mice, and keyboards cannot be returned.
- Special Order/Custom-made items and Manufacturer Direct items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt.
